Cute but only use COLOR PENCILS or crayons First let me say I enjoy Jude Summer as an Illustrator very much. i like these thick lines and practical pictures she depicts. But with that being said , such as in this book she is a bit too much on the boring side in this coloring book. While pleasant photos to escape into some were a bit on the babyish side, not allowed to even escape as it were. So i took a photo to show you that the hobby kind of markers were the worst. I am glad that I had put the blotter paper behind the picture which ran (bled) together also the kinds of Markers I used and yet the Crayola crayons worked best. I would say to skip this one if your looking for something with more detail. These could prove to be boringThe book was nothing special This book was okay, There was nothing special about it. The designs were alright but, they were nothing that I haven’t seen before in other coloring books. I didn’t like the black background it gives off a depressed feeling when you are trying to distress from the day.Large areas Good for crayons because such large areas. You get a lot of pages for the money. I usually draw in details myself to make some of the jade summer books work for me. If you can't do that or don't want to then you may want to look at the dwyanna stoltzfus Mandela and hearts and flowers.
