The PERFECT book for anyone new to book outsourcing! Just finished reading Alinka Rutkowska's book on How To Outsource YourBook Writing and for someone that has seen other people struggle withwriting books and even struggling through the process myself it wasreally helpful for several reasons.1. She talks about her process of actually hiring ghostwriters so thatnot only do you get stuck with a ghostwriter who doesn't understand youand your voice. But instead it gives a process that I can easily followto find some body who matches or at the very least understands my tone.2. She gives specific questions to ask not only for the ghost writerbut also questions to ask yourself because if it's going to be reallyhard to give someone else directions on how to write a book if you don'teven know what you want to say in the first place. Not only that but the outline portion was also very helpful from nothaving me look at the screen and think "what the heck am I going towrite about?" Instead I got a starting point and if I want to tack on moreI can and begin the process of editing out the parts that I don't want.3. The other part that was really helpful about this book was that thepricing was laid out right there for me to see, in fact I think she mayeven be low balling it for some of the prices when you really try andsee what quality writers are out there. Of course if I looked REALLY, REALLYHARD then maybe I could find some that were lower cost and just as highquality but that would probably also mean kissing a lot of pigs in the process.Would recommend this book for people who have never had a book outsourcedbefore and are looking to understand the overview of the process and thenget the tactics for each step of the process. Also if you have more moneythan time available then this will give you a good guide for hiring theright kind of people to outsource the success of your book too.Authors Rock Over 40 years ago I wrote my first book for the bicycle industry. That led to 5 more plus articles in trade journals and speaking engagements at the national trade shows. It clearly helped my bicycle products manufacturing company to have a higher profile. The icing on the cake - the books were profitable.Much has changed in 40 years, and Alinka is at the forefront of those changes. With her latest book she helps the individual who doesn't have the time or the skill sets necessary to write, edit, publish, and promote a book. She lays out the detailed approaches for each step in the process, from how to hire a ghost writer to how to get a #1 ranking on Amazon.
